Description
Life is a series of highs and lows, an adventure that requires, you take chances and actions that have the possibility of both success( happiness) and failure (sadness). We need both to grow to our fullest potential. Just hang on tight and enjoy the ride fullest. This four peak interval ride will review four different types. Peak number 1 reviews the "mental" aspect of the Spinning® program. Create your own environment on this flat road and live what you feel. Peak number 2 stands for "heart rate training". Push your limits and use a a hear rate around 82%. Peak number 3 reviews the "strength comes from within" philosophy. Feel like 17 again. Use this long hill and work hard but individual. Peak number 4 combines everything into one. Don’t worry about After each peak you have enough time to recover.
