Description
This ride is all about the seconds, and in this ride you will make each one count! You will progress through intervals that increase both in time and intensity, starting with 300 seconds (5 minutes) of SPEED, 600 seconds (10 minutes) of POWER, and finally, 900 seconds (15 minutes) of combined SPEED AND POWER.
