To find a Live session of your preferred fitness program you need to select the « Sessions » Top menu, and filter the sessions by fitness program, you can then select any fitness program
Soon we will be adding an instructor list into tina. Meanwhile, you can ask your instructor to share his sessions URL or his profile page URL with you.

At the moment of the launch, we wanted to make it easier for everyone; one session credit is worth one session irrespectively of the session type, Live, Replay, or Online sessions.
One session's monetary value depends on the package you bought, with the principle of degressive session costs based on how many sessions you acquire.

For example, if you buy just one session, "FREEDOM 1 PACK", the cost per session is 6€; if you buy the "FREEDOM 30" which includes 30 sessions, the cost per session is 2€.

It all depends on the package you selected. All FREEDOM packs are not limited in time. When you buy any of these packs, you get credited a number of sessions; you can consume these at any time you want without any time limitation.
Soon we will be proposing Monthly and Annual Subscriptions; these also have a limited number of sessions but need to be consumed in the specific timeframe. Monthly subscription session credits need to be consumed within one month, while annual subscription session credits need to be consumed within one year.
Not consumed session credits are lost for that period. If you consume all session credits before the period ends, you can buy additional sessions at a guaranteed price.
Subscriptions are limited in time, but the session cost is also lower than FREEDOM packs. If you are a big consumer of fitness sessions, monthly or annual subscriptions are more interesting as it lowers your session cost.
The only software you need to watch a session is a web browser, a desktop computer, or a smartphone.
You can use your traditional default browser, on iPhone or Android devices, on desktop Mac or Windows OS.
We support all the major browsers in the market; if you experience problems with your browser, let us know what OS type and version you are running your system on, the browser software and version.
We will be working on a mobile app solution for the future, where you will be able to watch sessions online or offline, only by downloading the session into your smartphone.
We will be adding a simple dispute system in the future, where you can easily report incidents with the session you bought and get reimbursed.
Meanwhile, we will ask you to send us a note using our contact form tina.fit/legal/contact_us and letting us know what the problem was the session URL and your e-mail address.
We are well aware that incidents may happen, or bad quality sessions get distributed in the platform. We will be very comprehensive and re-credit your account. Any information you will provide us will help us improve the platform's quality and the quality of the sessions proposed.
